Give the Gift of Yoga to Someone in Need

Give Back Yoga and the Prison Yoga Project are pleased to announce publication of "Yoga: A Path for Healing and Recovery" by James Fox.  Your contributions to the Give Back Yoga Foundation will support the distribution of this booklet to over 2,500 prisoners across the country expressing interest in the potential self-rehabilitative benefits of yoga and meditation.

“I’m a yoga student of Nydia’s Yoga Therapy Studio in San Antonio, Texas (http://www.nydiasyogatherapy.com/) and have a Massage/Naturopathic Consulting practice inside this beautiful, healing, loving studio. In July, throughout the US, my fellow Associated Bodywork & Massage Professional therapists donate their time to raising public awareness of the benefits of massage therapy. This year, on behalf of the Give Back Yoga Foundation, I collected $200 in exchange for chair massages.  It was an honor to contribute my time on behalf of GBYF and its efforts within the Yoga community and beyond.”
